At Kimberley Fly Fishing we strive to ensure that you are happy with your online order from us. If you aren’t satisfied with your order, we want to hear from you. Give us a call or send us an e-mail and we’ll get to work making things right. This 1-on-1 approach allows us to deliver you the best possible outcome in the shortest amount of time.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We have a strict 30 day return and exchange policy. If 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer any form of refund or exchange.

Any product designated for return or exchange must be in unused condition. This means that any tags are still attached and any packaging is unopened. If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return or deduct an amount from the total cost of the product.

All refunds will be issued by way of an in store credit to be used for online purchases and/or in store purchases.

Defective Items

All returns, refunds or exchanges due to defective or damaged items are to be dealt with by the manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer directly. Unfortunately, there is nothing that we can do to help in these instances

Return Shipping

Original shipping rates are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and shipments must be prepaid and insured. Kimberley Fly Fishing is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
