Kimberley Fly Fishing Ltd. requires a minimum 25% deposit at the time of booking to reserve trip dates. Balance is due the day before the date that trip is booked for.

Day Trips (14 Days or more):
If the reservation is canceled 14 days or more to the date(s) reserved, an administration fee of $100 is charged per guide(boat) / per day to the account and the balance of the deposit is returned.

Day Trips (Less than 14 Days):
If the reservation is canceled less than 14 days to the date(s) reserved there are no refunds given.

Multi-Day Guided Trips (2 or more guides/boats, 30 Days or More):
If the reservation is canceled 30 or more days to the arrival date an administration fee of $150 is charged per guide(boat) / per day to the account and the balance of the deposit is returned. Packages with third party accommodations are subject to their cancellation policy.

Multi-Day Guided Trips (2 or more guides/boats, 30 Days or Less):

If the reservation is canceled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date no refunds will be given. Absolutely no refunds are given on any accommodations if canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival.
